What Should Be In My Makeup Bag

Hello lovelies!
This is my very first beauty post and I'm so excited to share it with you! Make-up is my love, from the age of around fourteen I have been wearing make-up near enough everyday, until last year I'd kept to my old favourites, my beauty routine hadn't changed particularly and I had my faithful products that had yet to let me down, however last year I decided to switch up my beauty game and embrace my natural Snow White complexion.
So today I've done my very own twist on the popular post of 'What's In My Make-Up Bag', however because I'm too unorganised to use a make-up bag, I have about ten but do I use them? Nope! I've decided to be original and call it 'What Should Be In My Make-Up Bag', these are a few of my ultimate products that I've used to help change my make-up look and can't live without!
To begin with, the foundation I'm currently using is Infallible by L'Oreal in the shade called Porcelain, ironic huh? Since changing my style of make-up finding a foundation that matches my skin colour has been an absolute nightmare however so far this little gem has been doing a fine job, it's still slightly too 'tanned' for me, but compared to other foundations it's my perfect match! Being a twenty four hour foundation means it's wonderful for my everyday life and it smoothly blends into my face well. This is available at many shops however I purchased mine from Boots at the price of £9.99.
Next on my little list of goodies is my Scandal Eyes Reloaded mascara by the brand Rimmel. I'm forever changing my mascara, trying to find one that works well with my natural lashes as most mascaras don't seem to have much effect on them as they're naturally quite long, not to blow my own trumpet; however since using Scandal Eyes I now notice quite a difference, with it being a jet black mascara too it really emphasises each individual lash. Again I found this in Boots for £6.99, it is also available in other shops for similar prices too.
My go-to eyeshadow palette has definitely got to be Urban Decay Naked 3, which just so happens to be the most expensive product on here! As I purchased this from the original site it was £38.50 it is pricey however it's so worth it, this palette is all about the nudie pinks and natural browns which is perfect for daytime and natural nights, this is my first product from Urban Decay and certainly won't be my last, I'm obsessed with it! Unlike most eyeshadow palettes, Urban Decay doesn't have much fallout and the shades blend like butter.
For my eyeliner I'm using is L'Oreal Super Slim in Intense Black. Like mascara I'm often switching my liner to try to find the perfect one for me, what I'm loving about the Super Slim is as the name suggests, it is super slim and the tip is tiny meaning it's a lot easier creating the perfect wing! As it's a L'Oreal liner you can pick it up in most of your local high street stores, I got mine from Superdrug for £6.99. Like with all eyeliners you do need to hold this in place with primer or shadow, once held though it's not going to smudge.
After doing some research I found that the product I use on my brows has got a few negative reviews, however I think the Maybelline's Brow Drama Sculpturing Mascara from Boots for the value of £4.99 is so simple and easy to use. The shades of this brow product don't seem true to word however, I have naturally dark hair and brows but with this I can use the colour 'dark blonde' and it creates a genuine look for my brows. I do sometimes use an eyebrow pencil to create a different look if I'm wanting something a little more dramatic and then use this as a setting, but most of the time I use this alone.
The blush I've been using as of late is Laura Geller Baked Body Frosting from Beauty Bay for £35. This is my only product by Laura Geller however I am impressed by it, maybe a little too warm for my skin colouring in the colder time of the year but in the summer months this is perfect for an all over body simmer as it gives off a natural colouring that could be catches from the sun. Asides from an all over glow you could use it in certain areas like I do, from your cheeks, eyes and neck/chest area.
Even though I have too many lipsticks to admit to, the one that stands out to me is Laval's Classic Lipstick in Pink Flamingo which cost only £2.40 from Amazon. This lipstick is one of fifteen in the Classic Lipstick range and all fifteen are so vibrant and colour popping, after trying this one I really want to try the other shades! The lipstick has so much pigmentation and glides on my lips no bother, it's very moisturising and gives my lips a lovely smooth soft feeling.

My last item I must include my beloved make-up removing wipes, if you ask my Mum or Dad they will probably inform you I'm obsessed with these, I'm always sending them out to buy me more! I've tried every brand going of baby wipes as only certain ones are suitable for removing make-up with. I often find Asda's Little Angels have enough moisture in and are fabulous at removing all make-up, you can buy these for £0.80.

Of course I have a few different types of products that should be in my make-up bag, however these are a few of my favourites and ones I hope you would enjoy reading about!

What's in your make-up bag? Tell me in the comments
